We’re hiring on behalf of a Washington State-based real estate business seeking an experienced Transaction Coordinator / General Admin with strong organizational skills and the ability to support multiple areas of the business. This is a dynamic, all-around role for someone who can manage transactions, handle daily administrative responsibilities, and assist with marketing-related tasks.

The role is centered around transaction coordination and general administrative support, while also helping with CRM management, scheduling, client communication, and light marketing execution. We are looking for someone who can keep things organized, stay ahead of deadlines, and support the business across several moving parts.

The ideal candidate has 3 to 5+ years of experience in real estate administration and transaction coordination, is highly detail-oriented, and can work independently in a fast-paced environment. Washington State transaction coordination experience is strongly preferred to reduce training time, but exceptional candidates with strong overall experience may still be considered.
