Waymo, the driverless car company, announced an integration with spend management platform Ramp for integrated expense management in its recently launched Waymo for Business offering. Waymo for Business launched about a year ago.
With the integration, according to Waymo, Waymo for Business rides generate receipts that match automatically to the corresponding transaction in Ramp. That prevents travelers from having to find and attach the receipt manually, according to Waymo.
Users can set up the Ramp integration within the Waymo for Business portal settings. In the tool, they can toggle between Ramp and personal cards to keep business and personal expenses separate.
Waymo says it currently has ride-hailing service operations in 13 US cities. It recently announced wider coverage options in several of those cities — including Los Angeles, Nashville, Orlando, San Diego and San Francisco — that the company says adds about 250 square miles in total of new territory to its network.
