We’re on the countdown to the Academy Awards, post-BAFTAs and pre-SAGs, so expect some last minute swings at the industry gongs with eye-catching beauty moments.
So here’s your brief on the week in celebrity beauty: Kylie Jenner gave her stamp of approval for the soap nails trend, while Zoe Saldana brought coquette back with some serious hair bowage. With a stop-off in Thailand, The White Lotus’s third season premiere runs have shown Lisa’s current beauty aesthetic in full bloom.
And then, what’s that? Heathcliff! It’s Jacob Elordi, with sideburns! Gone is the impressively bushy beard that the Saltburn actor sported at the Marrakech International Film Festival in Morocco back in December: now, it’s all about the 17th century mutton chops. Over to Keke Palmer, the actor was one of many feeling romantic this week, with a fresh manicure for Valentine’s Day that’s begging to be adding to your Pinterest board in time for your next nail appointment. London-based hairstylist Nicole Kahlani also introduced us to her concept, “Victorian blonde,” using her now signature shade of dirty blonde with sun-faded antique rose pieces, tying it all up in ultra-mini, plaited bows.
