Areas that are being affected include Thousand Oaks, Simi Valley, Camarillo, Fillmore, North Hollywood, Encino, Woodland Hills, Malibu, Agoura Hills, Van Nuys, Chatsworth, Santa Clarita, Beverly Hills, Northridge, Santa Monica, Hollywood, Moorpark, Santa Paula, Point Mugu State Park, and Sylmar.
