PARAGOULD, Ark. (KAIT) – It was a time to shine for these young ladies during the 23rd annual Miss AMMC Foundation beauty pageant.
The Arkansas Methodist Medical Center Foundation hosted the pageant at Greene County Tech High School.
Girls of all ages were dressed up and got to shine on stage.
AMMC Foundation Director, Tori Thompson said the proceeds go to the AMMC Foundation and they use that money to invest in medical care throughout the community.
“Our community and area is growing and we’re grateful for that but as a community grows, health care needs are always advancing and there’s always more cost involved and growing and expanding medical needs in our area,” she said.
They can use that money for equipment, treatments, and other uses in local healthcare.
