Responsibilities and Tasks:

  • Fashion consultation: Provide customers with personalized fashion suggestions and matching plans through in-depth understanding of the latest fashion trends.
  • Brand Storytelling: Vividly convey the story behind the brand to customers, emphasize the uniqueness of the product, and stimulate purchase interest.
  • Personalized matching: Provide personalized matching suggestions based on the customer’s style and needs to enhance the personalized feeling of the shopping experience.
  • Sales promotion: Promote product sales and achieve personal sales goals and store sales goals through active sales techniques.
  • Event participation: Participate in fashion events and promotions to attract customers and increase store activity and brand attention.
  • Fashion social media: Share fashion insights and trends on social media platforms to attract more customers to follow the brand.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in managing inventory to ensure that products are displayed in an orderly manner and meet customer needs.
  • Customer relationship building: Establish good customer relationships, improve customer loyalty, and encourage repeat purchases.

Employment Type: Contract

Salary Range: GHC 12000.00 – GHC 18000.00.
