Police hope aged photo of missing boy sparks leads
PINELLAS COUNTY, Fla. — Clearwater police are still working to solve a 24-year-old cold case.
Zachary Bernhardt was 8 years old when police said his mom came home from a walk early in the morning and discovered him missing from his bedroom at their Drew Street apartment complex.
That was on September 11, 2000.
An artificially aged photo of Zachary has been released to show what he might look like today, along with the photo of him from the time he went missing.
