PARKERSBURG — The following cases were handled in Wood County Magistrate Court on Dec. 15-17:
* Jimmy Duane Dailey, 403 11th St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and fined $181.48. She was ordered to pay a $14.58 civil penalty to the Sheetz store on Ann Street in Parkersburg.
* Robert Lee Hopper, 280 South Forty Dr., Evans, pleaded guilty to speeding 10 mph or less in excess on the highway and fined $191.48. A charge of having no proof of insurance was dismissed after it was presented to the court.
* Gauge Edwin Metheny, 1912 Gihon Road, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to speeding and fined $181.48.
* Joseph Bryon Cain, 1128 46th St., Vienna, pleaded guilty to violating a protective order, fined $436.48 and sentenced to six months of home confinement with a credit of 9 days for time served. He had a charge of violating a protective order dismissed, per a plea agreement.
* Levi Riley Grove, 1403 Seventh St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended license and fined $276.48.
* Toni Danielle Osborne, 3409 25th St. Apt. 10, Parkersburg, had a charge of possession of fentanyl dismissed after completing treatment.
* Christopher Paul Smith, 2805 Dudley Ave., Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived for a charge of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver. The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court.
* Tonya Lea Arnott, 1423 20th St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and fined $211.48. She was ordered to pay a $967.94 civil penalty to Rural King in Parkersburg.
* Dev Dutt, 3840 Lightfoot St. Unit 342, Chantilly, Va., pleaded guilty to speeding and fined $186.48.
* Hunter Alan Morehead, 513 23rd St., Vienna, was arraigned on charges of disorderly conduct, obstructing and battery of a police officer and released on $1,500 bond.
* Meredith Lee Miller, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and released on $2,000 bond.
* Sharri Elizabeth Maston, 2420 Harrison Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of DUI, greater than .150, and released on $2,000 bond.
* Amanda Erin Vaughan, 116 Canterbury Dr., Parkersburg, was arraigned on two counts of possession of a controlled substance and released on $2,000 bond.
* Robert Eugene Barker, 1050 Laird Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of shoplifting and released on $500 bond.
* Eric Shane Vest, 1107 32nd St., Vienna, was arraigned on charges of fleeing and public intoxication and held on $500 bond.
* Tyler James Francis, 2212 36th Apt. L, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of driving on a suspended license and having no insurance and released on $1,000 bond.
* Andrew S. Knight, 112 Valley Mills Road, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of speeding (two counts) and having no proof of insurance and released on $1,500 bond.
* Daniel B. Wolfe, 816 Grafton St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of having no operators, having no insurance, having expired registration and failure to produce a registration card and released on $2,000 bond.
* Jessica Lynn Crockett, 133 Goff Hollow Road, Elizabeth, was arraigned on a charge of third-offense driving on a suspended license and released on $500 bond.
* Dakota Lane Wilfong, 3329 Butcher Bend Road, Mineral Wells, was arraigned on a charge of strangulation and released on $20,000 bond.
* Daemontae Javar Brown, 811 Lily Lane, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of attempting to commit a felony with burglary and petit larceny and released on $3,000 bond.
* Amy Kristina Hardman, 5107 Orchard Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of driving on a suspended license and fishing without a license and released on $1,000 bond.
* Otis Miseal Brewster, 4501½ Packard St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of speeding, having no insurance, driving on a suspended license and having expired MVI and released on $1,000 bond.
* Ernest Wade Boley, 236 Robinson Hill Road, Marietta, was arraigned on a charge of obstruction and held on $1,000 bond. He was also arraigned on a charge of being a fugitive from justice out of Washington County, Ohio, on charges of grand theft and receiving stolen property and held without bond.

He was also arraigned on charges of petit larceny and trespassing and released on $500 bond. He was also arraigned on charges of obstruction and trespassing and released on $500 bond.
* Steffan Thomas Hughes, 22 Edgewood Park Dr., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of having no insurance, battery of a police officer, assault of a police officer, obstruction and disorderly conduct and released on $3,000 bond.
* James Matthew Broyles, 3930 Rollins St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of second-offense shoplifting and held on $1,000 bond.
* Anthony Lemonte Williams, no address given, was arraigned on a charge of being a fugitive from justice out of Franklin County on a felony count of failure to appear and was held on no bond.
