A nearly 17,000-square-foot industrial flex building in Hackensack has changed hands for $2.8 million, brokers with NAI James E. Hanson announced Tuesday.
The buyer, Beauty Story LLC, plans to use the space at 32 First St. for warehousing and distribution of beauty products, according to a news release. It will do so from a location that is easily accessible from routes 17 and 46 and Interstate 80, with features such as three tailgates and 15- to 16-foot clear ceiling heights.
NAI Hanson Senior Vice President Kenneth D. Lundberg, Vice President Patrick Lennon and Associate Vice President Lorenzo Lambiase represented 32 First Street LLC, the seller of the 16,950-square-foot building, while Coldwell Banker’s Jay Li represented the buyer.
“Despite ongoing economic uncertainty, we’re continuing to see strong demand in the industrial market, especially for flexible and well-located buildings like 32 First Street,” Lennon said. “We were proud to help our client navigate a competitive market and secure a strong return in this transaction, and we wish the buyer all the best with their new space.”
