President Trump says Ukraine could still win the war against Russia, but he doubts it. “I don’t think they will, but they could still win it,” the president told reporters in the Oval Office on Monday when asked about his remarks at the U.N. General Assembly last month stating Ukraine was in a position to win back all of its territory from Russia.
