Vice President JD Vance said he would pick up conservative activist Charlie Kirk’s mantle on the final day of Turning Point’s sold-out conference, a packed event that featured rapper Nicki Minaj and a call-in from President Donald Trump.
Recently endorsed by Charlie Kirk’s widow for a possible 2028 presidential run, the vice president delivered a campaign-style speech to an audience of some 30,000 people at the Phoenix Convention Center in downtown Phoenix.
