Backstage news from 6/21 WWE SmackDown; list of producers

Fightful Select has provides backstage news and a list of producers from the 6/21 episode of WWE SmackDown, which took place at the Allstate Arena in Rosemont, Illinois.

-WWE sources considered the episode to be one of the biggest since WrestleMania 40, a it featured the debut of Jacob Fatu, who joined The Bloodline

-The attack on CM Punk by Drew McIntyre was said to have been rehearsed and planned with great detail

-One half of the WWE Tag Team Champions Austin Theory did not appear on the show, as he reportedly woke up with swelling to his face

-WWE did not list Paul Heyman, The Bloodline, and Cody Rhodes in their rundowns for the show. However, it was noted that their involvement was not kept as a secret throughout the day.

-Shawn Daivari produced the Men’s Money in the Bank Qualifying Match featuring Kevin Owens vs. Grayson Waller vs. Andrade

-Jason Jordan and Molly Holly produced the Women’s Money in the Bank Qualifying Match featuring Bianca Belair vs. Michin vs. Chelsea Green

-Shane Helms produced the segment between LA Knight and Logan Paul

-Michael Hayes produced Cody Rhodes vs. Solo Sikoa
