PRINCETON, N.J. – The Wisconsin men’s rowing team competed at the Princeton Chase across Lake Carnegie to wrap up the fall racing season.
All three boats finished in the top 10 during the second round of the men’s heavyweight 8+ races.
The varsity eight boat came in eighth place with a time of 12:55.003 during the first round. The second varsity eight came in 12th and the third varsity eight in 28th.
However, the crew came back, striking to win first in the second round with a time of 13:01.436. Following Wisconsin were Princeton lightweights and Cornell lightweights. In fourth place was the Badgers’ second varsity eight boat at 13:34.124, and in seventh place, the third varsity eight boat with a time of 14:17.431.
