OUR TEAM COVERAGE CONTINUES WITH WESH TWO. BOB HAZEN. THE FENCE HERE ALONG DOCTOR PHILLIPS BOULEVARD IS JUST COVERED IN ICE, AND THE BARBED WIRE HAS ICICLES ALL OVER IT. THE TOWER IS OWNED BY THE ORLANDO UTILITIES COMMISSION, AND IT SAYS THERE WAS A SENSOR HERE THAT FROZE IN THE SUPER COLD TEMPERATURES OVERNIGHT. WC SAYS THAT CAUSED A WATER OVERFLOW HERE. AND IT LOOKS LIKE THAT SENT WATER ALL OVER THE PLACE. THE GRASS OUTSIDE THE TOWER IS FILLED WITH ICICLES ALONG WITH THE FENCE. THEY PUT UP CAUTION TAPE AROUND THIS AREA. I TALKED TO SOME FOLKS WHO LIVE NEAR THE WATER TOWER AND THEY SAY IT WORRIES THEM. NOT PLEASED. NOT PLEASED AT ALL, BECAUSE IT MIGHT AFFECT ALL OF US IN THIS NEIGHBORHOOD. SO I LIKE TO KNOW WHAT’S GOING ON. OYUKI DOES SAY IT SENT A CREW OUT HERE TO MAKE REPAIRS. AND THEY DON’T BELIEVE THAT THAT OVERFLOW SHOULD CAUSE ANY PROBLEMS FOR PEOPLE’S WATER PRESSURE HERE IN T
