A massive fire broke out early Thursday, Nov. 6 reportedly at the home of Miami Heat coach Erik Spoelstra, local fire officials said.

Firefighters responded to a home for a report of a house fire in the 4800 block of Davis Road near Ponce De Leon about 4:36 a.m. ET, a Miami-Dade Fire Rescue confirmed to USA TODAY.

As of about 9 a.m. crews remained on scene, a fire dispatcher said, and no injuries had been reported.

Miami-Dade fire Battalion Chief Victoria Byrd said arriving crews found two structures on the property fully engulfed in flames.

“We found a fire that was as tall as the trees,” Byrd said.

Due to privacy walls, Byrd said it was difficult to access the scene.

A hazardous materials team also responded to the fire, Byrd told reporters at the scene, video shot by NBC Miami shows.
