She is described as 5 feet, 120 pounds with brown eyes and hair.The suspect and child were last seen at 825 Wheaton St. in Savannah.According to the Camden County Sheriff’s Office, Jessy Elliott was arrested by St. Marys Police April 27 on charges of cocaine possession and criminal trespass.
