Florida teen riding motorcycle dies after hitting deer, then getting hit by car – Orlando Sentinel

An 18-year-old Florida man who was riding a motorcycle is dead after crashing into a deer, then getting hit by a car in Flagler County, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.

On Tuesday, around 9:39 p.m., FHP responded to a crash at Briarwood Drive and State Road 100, the incident crash report stated.

The 18-year-old, of Palm Coast, was riding his motorcycle westbound on S.R. 100 when he crashed into a deer.

The crash threw him off the motorcycle and into the far left lane, the report stated.

A second vehicle, a sedan with four people in it, also driving westbound on S.R. 100, struck the motorcycle rider.

Troopers found the rider about 50 feet behind the car.

The teen died from his injuries.
