TALLAHASSEE, Fla. — Today, Governor Ron DeSantis announced the appointment of Stefan Grow, Jack Mosbacher, and John Schrader to the Government Technology Modernization Council.
Stefan Grow
Grow is a Government Relations Consultant for Johnson & Blanton. Previously, he served as the Chief of Staff and General Counsel for the Agency for Health Care Administration and Of Counsel for Parker, Hudson, Ranier & Dobbs. Grow earned his bachelor’s degree in German studies from Florida State University and his juris doctor from Mississippi College.
Jack Mosbacher
Mosbacher is a Partner for Watchfire Ventures, an early-stage venture capital firm that invests in American businesses using application layer AI across consumer and industrial modernization. Active in his community, he helped found the 1919 Society at the Hoover Institution and serves on the Advisory Council of the Freeman Spogli Institute for International Studies at Stanford University. Mosbacher earned his bachelor’s degree in political science from Stanford University.
John Schrader
Schrader is an Associate at The Advocacy Partners. Previously, he served as the Chief of Staff for the Florida Department of Management Services, Deputy Chief of Staff and Legislative Affairs Director for the Florida Department of Economic Opportunity, and Legislative Affairs Director for the Florida Department of Environmental Protection. Schrader earned his bachelor’s degree in political science and business from Florida State University.
