South American carrier LATAM Airlines will increase frequencies on its new direct route between Amsterdam and São Paulo, services for which will commence on 30 March.
The new route, first announced in late 2025, will mark the carrier’s entry into the Dutch market.
From 30 March LATAM will operate four weekly flights on the route before increasing frequencies to six times weekly from 18 April, with flights operating every day except Thursday. Services from Amsterdam will depart at 1:10pm and arrive in São Paulo at 8:20pm the same day.
Flights on the route will be operated with LATAM’s Boeing 787-9 aircraft, which are configured with 30 business class seats and 270 seats in the economy cabin.
Thibaud Morand, general manager of LATAM Airlines for Europe, Asia and Oceania said: “The increase in frequencies on the Amsterdam – São Paulo route reflects our commitment to continuing to strengthen connectivity between Europe and South America and to adapting to the growing travel demand between both regions.
“São Paulo is a key hub within our network, enabling passengers to conveniently access a wide range of destinations in Brazil and across the rest of the continent”.
