Extraordinary video shows the moment a missing 7-year-old girl was rescued in Washington state. She was missing for 12 hours after disappearing from a campsite. Shelby Wolff was staying with her grandparents when she wandered off at night. Authorities were immediately alerted that the little girl was missing. Deputies along with volunteers began the all-night search effort. At daybreak, somebody heard her cry and called 911.
