Kid Rock is back at No. 1, but not on the chart he’s used to.
Billboard reports the Michigan-bred rocker arrives at No. 1 on this week’s Billboard Hot Christian Songs chart with his latest single, “‘Til You Can’t,” a cover of Cody Johnson’s 2021 hit which he debuted during his performance on Turning Point USA’s “All American Halftime Show.”

The single, which he released the night of his performance, logged 3.7 million streams and 51,000 sales its first week, according to music biz tracker Luminate. It’s Rock’s first No. 1 on the faith-based chart; Brandon Lake’s “Hard Fought Hallelujah” (No. 2), Forrest Frank’s “You Deserve Better” (No. 3), Phil Wickham’s “What an Awesome God” (No. 4) and Josiah Queen’s “Dusty Bibles” (No. 5) round out the top half of the chart’s Top 10.
“‘Til You Can’t” also arrives atop Billboard’s Digital Song Sales chart. It launches at No. 9 on Billboard’s Hot Rock & Alternative Songs and No. 14 on the Hot Country Songs tally.
Over on the main Hot 100 chart, “‘Til You Can’t” arrives at No. 69 — notably, one spot above Cody Johnson, whose “Travelin’ Soldier” is at No. 70.
“‘Til You Can’t” marks Kid Rock’s first Hot 100 appearance in more than 10 years, following 2015’s “First Kiss,” which peaked at No. 66 on the chart.
Rock’s highest charting single on the main chart is “Picture,” his duet with Sheryl Crow, which hit No. 4 in 2002. His next biggest Hot 100 chart entry is “Only God Knows Why,” which hit No. 19 in 1999.
“Til You Can’t” is one of 23 new arrivals on this week’s Hot 100, following 21 entries by J. Cole, the highest of which is “Two Six” at No. 16. Sombr (No. 31) and Dominic Fike (No. 97) also log new songs on the chart.
Bad Bunny leads this week’s Hot 100 with “DtMF,” which jumps up nine spots from last week. In all, Bad Bunny lands four songs in this week’s Top 10 following his halftime performance during the Super Bowl.
