Sen. Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y., and Rep. Hakeem Jeffries, D-N.Y., were asked by reporters for their response to President Donald Trump blaming the left after the killing of conservative activist Charlie Kirk. Schumer said the president should not be “pointing fingers of blame,” and said Americans should be coming together to mourn what happened.
