To make this DIY hack, all you need to do is head to your local Dollar Tree and pick up a few items with your mom’s favorite chocolates or treats in mind. Now, let’s jump in right away so you can learn how to do this DIY project yourself. After all, your mom deserves it.
In this video the user, @craftymom94 heads to Dollar Tree! First, she grabs a decorative cake tray, a clear plant cloche, a bouquet of pink flowers, pink easter basket grass, chocolate, scotch tape, ribbon and a pink candle that says, “You’re one sweet mom” on it, and matching hand soap! She then spray paints her cake tray a beautiful gold color with a satin finish. Then with double sided tape she tapes all the fun goodies onto the tray and fills the tray up with the stunning easter grass with it. Then, she tops the tray off with the plant coche. But that’s not all the decorating she did. After tying her ribbon on the beautiful present she also adds fake flowers to the top of it, making it such a gorgeous gift to give anyone.
I honestly was surprised by just how good this gift turned out and think this hack is one of the best I’ve seen. It’s stunning and looks way more expensive than it actually is. Plus, you won’t need expensive tools like a glue gun or drill to make this hack happen. I wasn’t the only one admiring this gorgeous gift.
