WWE Free Agency: LA Knight signs multi-year deal, contract includes hefty pay raise; per report

Lemme talk to ya. There is a round of new signings and releases happening around the world of professional wrestling and while the WWE has parted ways with a notable name or two, they’ve mostly excelled at keeping several of the industry’s biggest names locked in and down, and that now includes “The Megastar” LA Knight.

Knight, who won his first singles gold at Summerslam when he defeated Logan Paul in Cleveland for the WWE United States Championship, has reportedly signed a five-year contract extension, per Fightful Select.

The report also states he was rewarded with a hefty pay raise.

To say Knight is deserving of this would be a massive understatement, and he’s capitalizing on the success he established in 2023, when his character took the WWE by storm and led to droves of fans worldwide demanding he receive a push that finally did arrive.

Gold still routinely eluded him, however.

That was until Aug. 3 at Cleveland Browns Stadium, where Knight basically dismantled Paul in a convincing, and completely clean, pinfall victory that left no doubt about the beginning of his reign with the United States Championship.

Where he goes from here is anyone’s guess, but the direction will continue to point north.
