Sami Zayn & Chad Gable Segment
Sami Zayn: I think that’s as good a way to kick it off as any. Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to Monday Night Raw. We are five days away from King & Queen Of The Ring live from Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. I find myself in a triple threat match against Bronson Reed and Chad Gable, for my Intercontinental Championship. And it’s funny, I was actually asked in an interview today, Sami, why would you put your championship on the line in a triple threat match? Everybody knows, the champions has a disadvantage, you don’t even need to be pinned or submitted to lose the title. And I tried to explain it, and I’ll try to explain it to you guys, because I got two very different issues on my hand. And I would rather deal with them both at the same time.
On the one hand, we have a personal issue in the form of Chad Gable, because, Chad, you don’t German Suplex a man out of his wife’s arms, in his hometown, in front of his 78-year-old father, and expect nothing to happen to you. So, make no mistake about it, Chad, you got an ass kicking coming your way. And the other issue is with Bronson Reed. Very different, it’s not personal with Bronson Reed. He doesn’t care about me, doesn’t care about my family, doesn’t care about Chad Gable. He only cares about one thing, and it’s, this, right here (The IC Title). This is what he wants. So, the way I see it, this is a pretty interesting match, it’s a fight between the mind, the body, and the soul. The mind is Chad Gable, one of the most manipulative, crafty superstars of all-time. The body is the strength, the unmatched brute force of Bronson Reed. And the soul is Sami Zayn. And if I’m putting my money down on a fight between mind, body, and soul, I am betting on soul every single time. Because it is that soul, that heart, that passion as to why I’m holding this right now. That is why I was able to beat the longest reigning Intercontinental Champion of all-time at WrestleMania. And that is why, at King & Queen Of The Ring this Saturday, I will walk out, still, the Intercontinental Champion.
Chad Gable: Hold on, Sami. Did I hear you call me, manipulative? Me, manipulative? I’m manipulative? Let me ask you this, Sami, did I manipulate you to beat GUNTHER at WrestleMania? No, I coached you, selflessly, I might add into winning that championship. No, no, that’s my problem, everybody. I just figured it out. I am too damn nice. I’ve been too nice to you, and I’ve been way too nice to these three clowns standing behind me. Take Maxxine, for example. Ms. Maxxine, now, Saturday, you should be in Saudi Arabia, competing for the championship, in the finals of the Queen Of The Ring, but you’re not going to be, are you? No, why is that? It’s because you blew your opportunity. Failure. Tozawa, you did exactly zero percent of the damage I asked you to do against Bronson Reed last week. Failure. Which brings me to you, Otis. Last week, against Sami Zayn, you prove once again, my friend, why by far away you are the biggest disappointment on the planet.
Sami Zayn: Alright, that’s enough of that. I think we’ve heard just enough of you. You know what, actually, I got a question. No, no, no, the question is not for you, the question is for The Alpha Academy. How much longer are you guys going to deal with this guy’s crap?
Chad Gable: Hey, Sami, you don’t talk to The Academy, I talk to my people. I see what you’re trying to do, alright. You said it yourself, I’m the brains of this operation. You are trying to drive a wedge. Fortunately for me, they’ve already rededicated themselves to me, and my journey to reestablish respect for The Academy. Oh, and let me just say, Sami, I am sick and tired of listening you talk about your heart, and your soul. It’s pathetic. At Saudi Arabia, I don’t have to pin you to win that championship, but I’m going to pin you. And I’m not just taking your title, I’m taking your soul.
Sami Zayn: Well, that’s all well and good. But last, I check, Saudi Arabia isn’t for another five days. Last, I check, tonight, we’re in Greensboro, North Carolina. Last, I check, you and I are scheduled for one-on-one competition. And I’m dressed and ready to go. It looks like you’re dressed and ready to go. Let’s do it, right here, and right now.
First Match: Sami Zayn vs. Chad Gable w/The Alpha Academy
Collar and Elbow Tie Up. Gable backs Zayn into the turnbuckles. The referee is calling for a clean break. Zayn is throwing haymakers at Gable. Zayn whips Gable across the ring. Zayn clotheslines Gable. Zayn slams Gable’s head on the top turnbuckle pad. Zayn with a flying elbow strike. Zayn with a knife edge chop. Gable holds onto the ropes. Zayn clotheslines Gable over the top rope. Gable throws a tantrum at ringside. Gable with clubbing crossfaces. Gable with a Snap Vertical Suplex. Gable goes for The Diving HeadButt, but Zayn ducks out of the way. Zayn with three haymakers. Gable reverses out of the irish whip from Zayn. Zayn springboards off the ropes. Zayn clotheslines Gable. Zayn ducks a clothesline from Gable. Zayn goes for The Blue Thunder Bomb, but Gable lands back on his feet. Gable with The Exploder Suplex. Gable uses the middle rope to choke Zayn. Maxxine was hesitant to slap Zayn as Gable was bickering with the referee.
Gable starts yelling at Maxxine. Zayn decks Gable with a back elbow smash. Zayn kicks Gable in the face. Gable drops Zayn with a cross chop. Zayn with rapid fire haymakers in the corner. Zayn transitions into a corner mount. Gable retreats to the outside. Gable hides behind Maxxine. Gable repeatedly stomps on Zayn’s back and chest. Gable is choking Zayn with his boot. Gable tells Tozawa to cheat. Gable tells Maxxine and Tozawa to leave the ringside area. Zayn hits The Blue Thunder Bomb for a two count. Gable has complete control of the match during the commercial break. German Suplex/Back Elbow Exchange. Zayn with The Michinoku Driver for a two count. Zayn goes for The Helluva Kick, but Gable counters with The Ankle Lock. Zayn grabs the bottom rope which forces the break. Gable dumps Zayn out of the ring. Otis refuses to punch Zayn. Gable rolls Zayn back into the ring. Gable starts scolding Otis. Gable slaps Otis in the face. Gable grabs the Intercontinental Title. Gable goes for a belt shot, but Zayn counters with The Exploder Suplex into the turnbuckles. Otis clotheslines Zayn behind the referee’s back. Gable connects with The Chaos Theory to pickup the victory.
Winner: Chad Gable via Pinfall

Since I arrived, I have dominated everyone in my way. I’ve been a champion of the world, but now I’m ready for my crown. – Jackie Redmond had a backstage interview with Chad Gable. Jackie asks Chad about Otis involvement during his match with Sami Zayn. Is this all part of Gable’s master plan? We hear loud commotion in the background. The cameras see Cruz Del Toro laid out on the floor. Rey Mysterio tells Adam Pearce to fix this.
Second Match: Bron Breakker vs. Kale Dixon
Breakker seems visibly flustered after the bell rings. Breakker Spears Dixon. Breakker launches Dixon over the top rope. Breakker Spears Dixon on the floor. Breakker is fired up. Breakker rolls Dixon back into the ring. The referee decides to call off the match because Dixon couldn’t continue to compete. After the match, Breakker drops Dixon with a Blindside Spear. Breakker kicks Dixon out of the ring. Breakker grabs the steel ring steps. The referees and officials get in Breakker’s way. Breakker grabs a steel chair from the timekeeper’s area. Breakker delivers The Conchairto.
Winner: Bron Breakker via Referee Stoppage
– Coming out of the commercial break, Adam Pearce was unable to have a business meeting with Kiana James due to what just happened to Kale Dixon. We see Dixon be put in an ambulance. Pearce starts scolding Bron Breakker. Breakker says that Pearce can’t control him. He didn’t put Breakker in the KOTR. This is all Pearce’s fault.
Third Match: Iyo Sky w/Damage CTRL vs. Lyra Valkyria In A Semi-Final Round Match In The 2024 Queen Of The Ring Tournament
