If you have ever wanted a scarf that smells like your favorite cough drop, you are in luck.
Ricola, the Swiss company known for its cough drops, tea, and breath mints, revealed exclusively to USA TODAY it is unveiling new, limited-edition scarves that are infused with Ricola’s “signature Swiss alpine herbs.”
The scarves are designed in Europe from “premium textiles” and are “lightly scented with natural essential oils,” according to a news release. Each scarf has a small hidden pocket for stashing cough drops on the go.

In January, Progresso unveiled a new way for soup lovers to consume chicken noodle soup during the cold and flu season when it launched Soup Drops, a chicken noodle soup-flavored hard candy drop that resembled a cough drop.
“These savory drops are arriving for a limited time this month for National Soup Month, right at the height of cold and flu season,” the company said in a news release at the time.
The drops, tabbed by Progresso as “soup you can suck on,” tasted like broth, savory veggies, soft egg noodles, and a hint of parsley, according to the company. They were packaged in a can that looked like a regular Progresso soup can with 20 individually wrapped candies in each can.
