President Donald Trump’s birthday is on Sunday, June 14, 2026 — but he’s not the only one turning 80 this year.
The billionaire-former reality TV star-turned-commander-in-chief has led quite a life, in Hollywood and Capitol Hill.
And like Trump’s 79th birthday, his 80th will be a nationwide affair.
On June 14, 2025, the Trump administration organized a military parade in Washington, D.C., celebrating the 250th anniversary of the U.S. Army and his birthday. For June 14, 2026, a UFC event on the White House South Lawn headlines Trump’s 80th birthday celebration.
Both events, however, have drawn much criticism: In 2025, there were more than 1,000 nationwide “No Kings,” “anti-Trump birthday” protests, with 80 in Florida and some down the road from his private club, Mar-a-Lago in Palm Beach.
In 2026, Trump, the 45th and 47th U.S. president, is seeing a “No Kings” protest on his birthday. However, it looks a lot different.
“Rise Up, Sing Out: A Concert for the First Amendment” on Sunday, June 14, will be a live 90-minute program to counter Trump’s 80th birthday celebrations and the UFC event at the White House. Co‑presented with the Committee for the First Amendment, “Rise Up, Sing Out” will be a star-studded affair available to stream at the same time as the UFC fight. Watch parties will be hosted across the state, including some in Florida.
Donald Trump turning 79 years old was a memorable event. It looks like his 80th birthday celebration will be, too.
Below is information about the Trump birthday and Trump anti-birthday celebrations, a list of celebrities, including two other former U.S. presidents, and some unforgettable inventions and products turning the big 8-0 in 2026.
Instead of the usual protests, this year’s “No Kings” event will be the “Rise Up, Sing Out: A Concert for the First Amendment” livestream. Held in New York City, it will feature stars including Bette Midler, Jane Fonda, Julia Roberts and Rufus Wainwright.
Organizers said that watch parties are scheduled across the country to stream the event, giving communities space “to sing along, make art, share food, connect with neighbors, and take meaningful action together.”
“Featuring an all-star line-up of performers, this 90-minute concert event will celebrate the freedoms guaranteed by our First Amendment — of speech, religion, press, assembly, and protest — and the people power that both fuels these rights and is essential to guarantee them,” the event website says.
The “Rise Up, Sing Out” concert will be streamed live on its official website at 7:30 p.m. ET Sunday, June 14, 2026.
Below is a list of celebrities or notable figures from the baby boomer generation who have or will celebrate their 80th birthday in 2026. This group features a mix of actors, singers, pop culture icons and former U.S. presidents.
These celebrities were born in 1946 and will turn 80 in 2026.
