WASHINGTON (TNND) — Former Florida Representative Matt Gaetz, who said he won’t rejoin Congress next year just days after he withdrew from consideration as President-elect Donald Trump’s pick for attorney general, has apparently joined Cameo.
Cameo is a website that encourages fans to request personalized video messages from so-called celebrities, including actors, reality TV stars, musicians, and more — even politicians.
Gaetz appears to be one of the latest to hop on the trend, as an account set up in his name was signed up Friday.

His average video length is 1:29, according to his profile.
In Gaetz’s “about me” section, he pointed out that he served in Congress. He also shared a few other interesting tidbits.
“Trump nominated me to be US Attorney General (that didn’t work out),” the profile notes. “Once I fired the House Speaker.”
Gaetz on Thursday announced that he withdrew his name from consideration to be Trump’s attorney general
“I had excellent meetings with Senators yesterday. I appreciate their thoughtful feedback – and the incredible support of so many. While the momentum was strong, it is clear that my confirmation was unfairly becoming a distraction to the critical work of the Trump/Vance Transition. There is no time to waste on a needlessly protracted Washington scuffle, thus I’ll be withdrawing my name from consideration to serve as Attorney General. Trump’s DOJ must be in place and ready on Day 1,” Gaetz previously wrote on X.
“I remain fully committed to see that Donald J. Trump is the most successful President in history,” he added. “I will forever be honored that President Trump nominated me to lead the Department of Justice and I’m certain he will Save America.”
Trump later selected former Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi to run the Justice Department.
