Music education alum releases new recording | E-News
Trumpeter and music education alum Ryan Kerwin has released “Trio! At the West Virginia Governor’s School for the Arts,” a live recording project that captures a concert given to the students at the West Virginia Governor’s School for the Arts on July 6, 2025.
Kerwin’s new collection presents four original compositions rooted in different places and periods of personal growth.
“‘Trio!’ is dedicated to the mentors and students I have met in so many places who continue to challenge me to improve my musicianship, my teaching and my humanity in unexpected ways,” he said.
The recording is available for streaming on all major platforms.
