President Donald Trump attacked Gov. Kevin Stitt after a controversy erupted surrounding the National Governors Association dinner at the White House.
The debate around the NGA dinner at the White House began when Trump disinvited Maryland Gov. Wes Moore and Colorado Gov. Jared Polis, both Democrats who have become regular targets of the president. Moore is the vice chairman of the NGA, a bipartisan group of state governors. Stitt is the chairman of the organization.
