The other notable change to the Whiteout is its appearance. While the base remains faithful to its name, it’s now covered with a hand-applied tiger camo cosmetic inspired by gaming aesthetics. It’s an audacious look that’s sure to turn heads.
“Our goal was clear: evolve, don’t reinvent,” KT Kim, director at Solinco, says. “With the Whiteout V2, we fine-tuned critical elements like stability, feel, and power to ensure this racquet feels like a natural progression from the V1.
“We’re confident it will meet the expectations of our loyal Whiteout players while enticing new wielders to experience the difference.”
The Whiteout V2 lineup will launch with three models—305g, 305g extended (27.5 inches) and 290g—each priced at $230. All models will be available at retailers starting Jan. 10.
