3 years before the first Evil Dead video game was released, the characters in the animated TV show, ReBoot, played a game that was a loving tribute to Evil Dead 2! If you are unfamiliar with the story, the show follows the lives of beings who live in our computer networks called sprites. They live in cities, have jobs and do their best to not get infected by the menacing local viruses. Occasionally the user of their computer will play a game which drops a “game cube” into their city. The characters will enter these games to try and beat the user because a loss will result in fragmentation of the sector the cube landed in. #evildead #reboot #EvilDeadBurn
