Freeman Gulch Safety Improvements Environmental Document

Caltrans has prepared a draft Environmental Document for this project. 

The open comment period will be between August 10, 2026, and September 8, 2026. Only comments submitted during the official comment period will be included as part of the final environmental document. Any comments submitted as part of another phase of this project or outside of the official public comment period will not be included in the final environmental document.
