BBC travels inside occupied Lebanon as officials say Israel is expanding positions

In June, the US and Iran announced a preliminary deal aimed at ending their conflict, which included a cessation of the violence in Lebanon. Since then, a Lebanese intelligence official told me, Lebanon’s military has recorded more than 5,000 violations of the deal by Israel, including air strikes, drone attacks, shelling and near-daily incursions of Israeli soldiers into Lebanese territory beyond the area under occupation, the so-called Yellow Line.
