Diabetes Self-Management Program (DSMP) | Florida Department of Health in Escambia

The Diabetes Self-Management Program (DSMP) is an evidence-based workshop designed to help people with Type 2 diabetes better manage their condition.  It’s a six-week course, meeting for 2.5 hours once a week, and focuses on teaching practical skills and building confidence to deal with the day-to-day challenges of living with diabetes. This program will be held on Fridays, starting September 12, 2025, from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. in conference rooms 302/303 at the Florida Department of Health in Escambia County.
