Florida Fluff Recipe
This dessert has no business being as delicious as it is, but it sure does manage it. We embrace the retro favorite fluff salad and give it a Florida twist with lime, graham crackers, and coconut, all reminiscent of a good Key lime pie.
For serving, keep the graham cracker crumble out of the fridge—it’ll get soggy if it sits on the fluff. Instead, keep it wrapped in a bowl or in a lidded jar until you’re ready to serve the dessert. Sprinkle the crumble on top just before serving so every bite gets a good bit of crunch.
