College of Education and Health Professions Presents ‘Leading with Care’ Magazine
Colleagues gathered in Dean Mamiseishvili’s office to take a peek at the newly published 2023 Leading with Care magazine.
The College of Education and Health Professions’ annual magazine, Leading with Care, is now available.
The fourth edition of this year-in-review, published in print and online, is divided into three sections based on the college’s WE CARE strategic plan priorities: Impactful Research, Service to Arkansas and Caring Culture.
Take a trip with the college on its inaugural WE CARE-A-VAN tour across Arkansas, read a lighthearted Q&A with Dean Kate Mamiseishvili, meet the 37-member Dean’s Executive Advisory Board, see how the millions of dollars in new grant funding will make a significant impact and enjoy colorful recaps of the many new projects and initiatives that were launched this year.
Leading with Care also features new traditions in the college, including We Care Together programming, a speaker series and Dean’s Seminars, which help cultivate a sense of community among faculty, staff and students.
“I hope readers will be as inspired as I am by the stories of our fantastic faculty, staff, students and alumni,” Mamiseishvili said. “They are doing meaningful work to advance impactful research, expand service to Arkansas and foster a caring culture. I am honored to be the dean of this incredible college.”
The Leading with Care magazine is published every December, but the college regularly updates its Leading with Care website with news from six different departments. The college also stays connected with friends and alumni through its Leading with Care newsletter, which launched this fall and shares top news every month.
