An Alabama mother allegedly knew her husband fatally abused their toddler but did not intervene or try to help the child. On December 7, 2024, Steven Bradly Collins, 40, and RyLeigh Collins, 2, died in a single-car crash in Fayette County. Collins’ fiancée, 22-year-old Wendy Pamela Jan Bailey, 22, survived but had serious injuries. As news of the accident spread, a family member reportedly contacted police with a tip.
