WEST CHESTER TOWNSHIP, Ohio (WXIX/Gray News) — Four people have been charged after allegedly throwing a pineapple at another vehicle in Ohio, police said.
Jacob Braun, 18, Bronson Moore, 18, Danden Schlake, 18, and a 17-year-old were charged after West Chester Township police responded Thursday night to a report of criminal damage to a vehicle.
A man told police that he was driving his Tesla on a roadway when a gray Chevrolet traveling in the opposite direction threw a pineapple at his car, hitting the front windshield and causing “significant” damage.

Police said the call was the third report of people throwing objects from a car that night, with several callers reporting eggs and ice being thrown.
Police spotted the suspect vehicle a short time later and made a traffic stop. Police said the officer noticed egg yolk dried all over the vehicle when approaching it.
Braun, Moore and the juvenile were all charged with complicity and vehicular vandalism, while Schlake was only charged with complicity.
West Chester police and the Warren County Sheriff’s Office are investigating.
