Ramsey has had possession of Aragon for the past seven months, according to Pueblo PD.

She has a history in Ordway, Colorado, and possible ties to Wolfforth, Texas. The current whereabouts of Ramsey and Aragon are still unknown.

The last known vehicle Ramsey was driving is described as a 2015 green Ford Explorer bearing Colorado license plate number CQT-O33.

Under Colorado Revised Statutes section 18-3-304, any person, including a parent, commits a Class 5 felony if they take or entice a minor child away from their lawful custodian knowing they have no privilege to do so, or violate a child custody order with the intent to deprive the lawful custodian of the minor child’s custody or care.

A Class 5 felony in Colorado usually carries a sentence of one to three years in prison and $1,000 to $100,000 in fines. However, if a suspect takes a child out of the country in violation of a court order, the charge is elevated to a Class 4 felony, carrying a sentencing range of two to six years in prison and $2,000 to $500,000 in fines.
