The Buffalo Police Department is asking for your help to find two missing children.
Police say 7-year-old Nova Rayne Lilley and 12-year-old Ariyah Brown were last seen on Delaware Avenue in Buffalo around 6:45 Monday night.
Lilley was last seen wearing a white shirt, pink jacket and blue pants. Brown was last seen wearing a black jacket, black jeans and black Adidas.

Police say the children are believed to be in danger.
“Obviously whenever a situation like this arises it is urgent, but obviously with the weather…it’s even more urgent that we continue this investigation in a timely manner,” said Acting Mayor Chris Scanlon.

Why was there no AMBER Alert?
We’re told BPD does not issue AMBER alerts. It’s done through New York State’s Division of Criminal Justice Services, but they did issue a missing child alert which is a step below an AMBER alert.
“Someone has to know where they are, we’re actively looking, we’re using all available resources,” said Acting Police Commissioner Al Wright.
Authorities are urging anyone with information about their whereabouts to contact 911 immediately.
