Temecula homeowner Hunter Perrin was understandably gobsmacked when the balloon carrying 13 passengers suddenly touched down in his yard.The pilot of the hot air balloon said the winds died down, forcing him to bring the balloon to the ground.No one was injured in the incident, but it did turn Perrin’s house into a community carnival of sorts as folks flocked to gawk at the strange sight.Neighbors stayed and watched the process of refueling, relocating, dismantling and deflating the surreal center of attention.
