Aaron Rodgers shocked the NFL by finally agreeing to a one-year deal with the Pittsburgh Steelers — and the contract details have since been revealed.
According to Tom Pelissero of NFL Network, Rodgers’ one-year contract includes $22 million in guaranteed money and could allow him to make up to $25 million with incentives.
Back in June 2025, Rodgers’ first one-year contract with the Steelers was worth $13.65 million, with $10 million guaranteed, and included $5.85 million in potential incentives: $500,000 for a playoff appearance, $600,000 for a wild-card round win, $750,000 for a divisional round win, $1.5 million for a Super Bowl win, and $1.5 million if he won the AP NFL MVP Award.
Set to earn nearly double his previous annual salary for the 2026 season, Rodgers will have more doubters to silence in what will be his 22nd year in the NFL and his second in the Black and Gold.
