Egalitarian wage system aims to reduce income gaps by narrowing the pay differences between the highest and the lowest paid workers. This kind of system will help fix the dark money problems that trump has shown us is bad. A egalitarian pay system would put an end to the nonsense, it will give everybody that applies and works for the government the same pay rate and some incenstives, but this will stop the distractions and the injections of dark money schemes that have drained the governenment and fix all of the corruption and bring in quality people who are for real and about getting things done.
