Broward teen tied to several bomb threats arrested for grand theft auto – NBC 6 South Florida
An 18-year-old from Broward was arrested on Friday for grand theft auto, but it’s his long criminal history as a juvenile that is raising eyebrows.
A judge read out a long list of charges for Brandon Myron Henry during his appearance on Friday: one count of grand theft auto, one count of burglary of an unoccupied conveyance unarmed, criminal mischief $200 or less, and 19 juvenile court orders.
Henry is no stranger to courtrooms. According to online arrest records, he used 911 to report false bomb threats and committed other crimes back in May of 2023.

The date and Henry’s age at that time line up with a series of bomb threats made to several local schools and Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport that caused chaos.
The Broward Sheriff’s Office in Pompano Beach filed the recent charge of grand theft auto.
In March, Coral Springs police accused Henry of vehicle burglary and criminal mischief by smashing a car window and going through the vehicle.
The report detailed how fingerprints taken from the car matched Henry, so there was a warrant out for his arrest.
A judge found probable cause for these latest charges.
Henry remains in jail as he is being held without bond.
