“This new boardwalk removes barriers and makes it easier for more people to get outside, be active and enjoy nature, especially at a time of year when that fresh air and movement really matter.

“Whether that’s a short winter stroll, walking the dog, or simply taking time out in a peaceful setting,” she added.
