Man charged with DUI death in motorized scooter crash in St. Augustine

A 59-year-old man who had recently gotten off probation for a DUI case has now been charged with another DUI and additional offenses after hitting and killing a woman on a motorized scooter on July 8 in the same Tesla on the same St. Johns County road.
