Severe weather forces active evacuation at Lost Lands Music Festival

COLUMBUS, Ohio (WSYX) — An evacuation is currently underway at the Lost Lands Music Festival in Thornville, OH due to severe weather.

The Licking County Sherrif’s Office has confirmed that Legend Valley, a concert venue located roughly 35 miles east of Columbus near the Licking and Perry county line, is currently being evacuated.

The general public is being urged to avoid the area.

It remains unclear if gates will reopen or how delays will impact Saturday evening’s scheduled performances.

UPDATE: According to the Licking County Sherriff’s Office, the Legend Valley Venue is now open once again as weather subsides.

Attendees are now allowed to return to the festival grounds.
