CHARLOTTESVILLE,  Va. – Junior Josh Duangmanee and senior Bryan Lee were among the 48 men’s golf student-athletes to earn a spot on the 2026 Atlantic Coast Conference All-Academic Team on Monday (June 29).

Academic requirements for selection to the All-ACC Academic Team include a minimum 3.0 grade point average for the previous two semesters and a 3.0 cumulative GPA for the student-athlete’s academic career, along with being enrolled at the institution for at least one year and classified as an undergraduate student. In addition, student-athletes must compete in at least 50 percent of their team’s athletic contests.

Lee, a religious studies major, is the seventh Cavalier in program history and first since 2019 to become a four-time member of the ACC All-Academic Team. He joins Derek Bard (2014-17), Craig Cook-Stevenson (2002-05), Shivin Kwatra (1999-2002), Richard Moore (1980-83), Max Rehm (1995-98) and Thomas Walsh (2016-19) as the only four-time honorees at UVA.

Lee was one of the 11 ACC men’s golfers to be named to both the All-ACC team and the ACC All-Academic Team. Duangmanee, a Global Studies major, was recognized for his academic prowess for the third time.
