PA Environment Digest Blog: DEP Invites Comments On Major Amendment To Homer City Generation Data Center Project Industrial Wastewater Facility Permit Changing Wastestreams Flowing To Discharge In Indiana County

The proposed amendment would modify the wastestreams that flow to Outfall 027 to include cooling tower blowdown and discharge to Blacklick Creek.

DEP is accepting comments until July 27– 30 days after this notice.

Comments should be sent to the DEP Northwest Regional Office, 230 Chestnut Street, Meadville, PA 16335 or by email to: RA-EPNPDES_NWRO@pa.gov

Requests to review the permit application in-person should be sent to the File Review Coordinator at 814-332-6340 or 814-332-6078 or email: RA-EPNPDES_NWRO@pa.gov
